E-mail Configuration for your Blackberry

For Tier 2 Support Members ONLY!



Step 1:
You will need to have the UF Exchange administrator(s) register the Blackberry on the Black Berry Enterprise Server. You will then be provided with a password to use for the configuration



Step 2:
In the BlackBerry Handheld menu, Click Options



Step 3:
In the Options menu, scroll down and select Advanced Options



Step 4:
In Advanced Options, scroll down to Enterprise Activation



Step 5:
Within the Enterprise Activation Menu  you will need to enter the following

Example: agator@ufl.edu
Password: The one that was sent in the email
PIN: user defined
Then Click Activate


Step 6:
After activation, the Blackberry will take a few minutes to synch up to the server. Once the activation process is complete, restart your Blackberry and you are finished!
