Governance for UF Exchange

UF Exchange Advisory Committee

The UF Exchange Advisory Committee consists of university administrators and technical support staff from across the university. The committee meets at least monthly to develop and make recommendations regarding service levels, features and practices for UF Exchange.

Management Team

The UF Exchange Management Team consists of Dr. Mike Conlon, Tim Fitzpatrick, Dr. Charles E. Frazier and Dr. Fedro Zazueta. This group makes final decisions regarding the operations of UF Exchange.

UF Exchange Team

The UF Exchange Team participates in the construction and maintenance of UF Exchange services. The team includes Fran McDonell, Rodger Hendricks, Dwight Jesseman, Mike Kanofsky, Erik Schmidt, Dan Cromer, Robert Staats, Jason Heeter, Iain Moffat and Eli Ben-Shoshan and is chaired by Dr. Mike Conlon.

Other Oversight

Issues of university policy and intersection of UF Exchange services with other IT services at UF are discussed in the ITAC committees.  Recommendations from the ITAC committees are referred to the UF Exchange Advisory Committee.  Recommendations regarding policy from the UF Exchange Advisory Committee are referred to the appropriate ITAC committee for review and final recommendation.

In addition, the UF Exchange Team meets with the UF technical community as needed to exchange ideas, answer questions, share experiences and feedback.
