E-mail Configuration for your Apple iPhone
Step 1:
Within the iPhone mail screen, tap on Settings
Step 2:
In the settings menu, tap Mail.
Step 3:
Within the mail menu, tap Add Account and select Other
Step 4:
Within the Other menu, tap
Name, Address and Description and enter information. For example:
Name: Albert Gator
Address: agator@ufl.edu
Description: UF Exchange
Step 5:
You will need to tap on IMAP and enter the following configuration settings for Incoming and Outgoing Mail
Incoming Mail Server:
Host name: imap.mail.ufl.edu
User name: Your username (i.e. agator@ufl.edu)
Password: Your password
Outgoing Mail Sever:
Host name: smtp.mail.ufl.edu
User name: Your username (i.e. agator@ufl.edu)
Password: Your Password
Step 6:
Tap out of your configuration settings, you are finished!
