How to Change your settings in OWA for Low Vision


Step 1:
Log into your Outlook Web Access. Then, click on the Options menu on the upper right corner of the screen.

Note that you will have to save your changes and log off for the changes to take effect. When you log back in, the display will look different as below:

Another option to try before enabling the Low vision experience, might be using the zoom feature of Internet Explorer 7. In the lower right corner of Internet Explorer is a miganifying glass that shows the current zoom level. By clicking the magnifying glass, the zoom will cycle between 100%, 125%, and 150%.

Step 5:
One other option might be to use Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007 which has additional options for setting the default size of fonts for reading messages and doesn’t page through messages. It is possible to set the number of messages displayed per page up to 100 messages. That option is in the options menu under the Messaging section, it is labeled Message Options.
