A support community has been formed to help technical staff members provide support to their UF Exchange users. Each department has a UF Exchange support staff member.

o MAPI - Outlook client connections to an Exchange mailbox sever (MBX).
o IMAPS - Windows Mail, Outlook Express, Thunderbird secure inbound email client connections to an Exchange Client Access Server (CAS).
o SMTPS - Windows Mail, Outlook Express, Thunderbird secure outbound email client connections to an Exchange Client Access Server (CAS).
o Outlook Web Access (OWA) - Browser based email connections to an Exchange Client Access Server (CAS).
o Outlook Anywhere (RPC/HTTP) - Outlook client connections to an Exchange Client Access Server (CAS) for secure remote access without a VPN.
o Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) - Windows Mobile device connections to an Exchange Client Access Server (CAS).
