UF Exchange Support
Tiered Support Model
Tier 1: General help desk and phone support, including UF Computing Help Desk and unit helpdesk or workstation support staff. Tier 1 assists users directly with general UF Exchange e-mail issues, including software configuration, use of mail features, and troubleshooting, as well as triaging support questions for elevation to tier 2.
Tier 2: Unit UF Exchange mailbox administrator provides specific support, including creation of new email accounts, mailbox renames, importing and exporting data, mail settings and issues that were not resolved by Tier 1 support.
Tier 3: Enterprise Administrator and central UF Exchange Management: Maintains the UF Exchange server environment and mail services. This team sets policy and direction for the service.
