UF Exchange

Getting Help
For assistance setting up e-mail software such as Microsoft Outlook on your department workstation, contact your local IT support staff.
For other e-mail questions or issues, contact your local IT support staff
or the UF Computing Help Desk. Support
for UF Exchange is offered in a tiered structure. Most general e-mail questions,
requests and trouble reports are resolved by your first contact to either
of these groups. This includes general questions, trouble connecting to
mail, sending mail, Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express features. If your
request requires mailbox creation, mailbox management or special mail handling,
such as importing or exporting mail, or if your issue is not readily resolved,
it will be triaged to your area UF Exchange mail administrator. Your area
Exchange administrator also has recourse to the UF Exchange systems management
team in order to resolve outstanding issues.
